Hyatt House Denver Tech Center

We were there for the weekend, checked in on friday and checked out Monday. We didn't have any issues, everything was good. Breakfast was good, they changed it up a little every day. Ihop is walking distance if you wanna go for a late snack/ meal. They have their on bar, but there is one walking distance, across the street with old video arcades with great food. We had a full kitchen, microwave, fridge, stove etc,but we obviously didn't use it. Target, walmart are close by. Overall its a great location, very convenient. I would definitely recommend it.

Our first trip to Denver was made even better by our stay at this hotel. The two-bedroom suite was clean, modern, and recently renovated. Maria at the front desk was incredibly helpful and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Monica from housekeeping ensured our room was spotless and brought us extra towels with a smile. Great service from both they truly made us feel welcome! I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

I recommend this property for several reasons. First, I had an excellent experience with customer service. The front desk staff were consistently helpful, answered all my questions, and explained everything with patience and clarity. I never felt rushed or as though my questions were an inconvenience. In particular, Shayna Cline, the front desk manager, was professional, kind, and proactive in helping me explore options for an extended stay. She understood my situation and did her best to help me find the most suitable room and rate. In addition, another manager was also exceptionally considerate. While I was eating breakfast, he came over and asked if he could pull out my chair for me, which was a small gesture but genuinely meaningful. Second, I am truly enjoying the room where I am staying now. It is clean, spacious, and well suited for my family. The layout includes two bedrooms and two beds, which makes a real difference for comfort and rest. The unit is also well equipped with the basic furnishings and kitchen supplies we needed, including pots and other essentials, which made settling in much easier. Third, the property offers strong accessibility for people with disabilities. The room is spacious enough for an electric wheelchair to maneuver comfortably throughout the living space. The bathroom includes a roll in shower option, which significantly improves safety and ease of use. One of the best features in the room was the table design, since a wheelchair can roll underneath it easily. That made it possible for me to sit comfortably to work, study, and use the space in a practical way. Fourth, the location is very convenient. It takes only one to two minutes to access the highway, and there are many restaurants nearby. That gave me plenty of dining options without added travel time, which is especially helpful during an extended stay. Finally, the amenities were excellent. The breakfast was noticeably better than what I have experienced at many hotels in this category. The menu changes from day to day, even though some items remain consistent, which helps it feel less repetitive. The fitness center was also impressive, with newer equipment that made it worth using. The property has been very quiet as well, which has contributed to a restful stay. In addition, the Wi Fi was quite decent, which made it easy to work and stay connected. In short, I have genuinely enjoyed staying here, and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for either a short stay or a long term stay. I realize this may sound overly enthusiastic, as if I were affiliated with the property, but I am simply sharing an honest reflection of how positive the experience has been.

The room we had in this hotel was one of the nicest we've ever seen at any price. There was a fully functional kitchen with a nice bar height counter to work or eat at. There was a full size fridge, range and microwave, and plenty of storage. A separate living room space had an L shaped couch and a huge TV. The bedroom was decent enough sized (With another huge TV) and the bathroom was excellent. The shower and toilet were separate from the sink, so two people could get ready without tripping over each other. The tile work and barn door style shower door were nice touches. This was also one of the few rooms we've been in that wasn't in need of a lot of repairs. There always seems to be loose tile, missing caulk, dented drywall, scratched paint. All was in order. The one (big) downside of the room was the bed. It was a traditional "hotel hard" bed where so many chains have moved to softer top layers or memory foam. We were not comfortable, and tossed and turned all night. The common areas were in need of a lot of maintenance and repair. There were lots of stains on the carpets and plenty of dings and dents in the walls. One of two elevators was out. For a large "3 star" hotel this had the smallest, least impressive lobby area I can remember. The included breakfast looked very average and we passed. The small interactions I had with the front desk were pleasant enough. One thing I thought was odd was that you had to pay for parking, even though there was plenty of surface parking around the hotel. At around $100 this seems incredible value in todays overpriced hotel market. If we were visiting the SE Denver area, we could definitely put this on our short list to consider.

I like all the Hyatt House hotels. My room was clean and well maintained. The common areas at the hotel show their age. Elevators, laundry area need to be updated but are clean. Hotel employees were very friendly. I will be visiting again.

We had a great stay. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff/management. The breakfast was great for our family too, with many options.

Can't recommend this hotel enough for excellent value for the price point. Extremely large+spotlessly clean+updated rooms, above average breakfast, great amenities, and friendly staff. This hotel truly stands out among so many other hotels in the category.

Had a wonderful stay, would stay here again! Every staff I interacted with were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, it was a great size and exceed our needs.
